It's a good time to treat yourself to a brand new house! That's the upbeat message from Britain's house builders, who will launch their first NEW HOMES Week campaign since 2006. It promises " fantastic deals " on new houses across the country, advice on getting a mortgage and, when you move in, much lower running costs than you are likely to get on older homes. With new home prices down 30-50% since mid-2007, it is clearly not a bad time to look again at new property.
